Arnsberg  

The city of Arnsberg and the larger area around Arnsberg is and has been the center of the German and International lighting industry for a long time. It goes back to the time before electricity was available, to the time of the petroleum lamps around 1830. A significant number of factories producing petroleum lamps and parts started in the Arnsberg Stadtteil of Neheim. With electricity becoming available after 1890, the factories adapted and started to make electric lighting fixtures and lamps. The most famous factory was the Kaiser factory, which already in the twenties and thirties of the last century provided lighting fixtures and lamps to a worldwide market. 

Today, some of the largest lighting companies still call Arnsberg home. It is also home of the Lichtforum NRW (Nordrhein Westfalen), as well as the home for the Museum for Licht (Museum fuer Licht und Beleuchtung). 

It is in this environment that Bernd Mueller started Trio in 1991. His main focus was always to bring the latest in Lighting Technologies as well as the latest Lighting Trends to the European market. He built his company from small beginnings to one of the leading German and European Lighting companies with more than 170 Employees and sales in Excess of one hundred million U.S. Their success is not only based on providing the latest trending lighting fixtures and lamps in a timely fashion to the marketplace, but also to be able to provide substantial technological lighting improvements, for example through the cooperation with Osram of Munich, Germany, to provide better and consistent LED Lighting through proprietary LED modules or through cutting edge dimming and switching technologies. He is now aided by his son Philipp to keep the company on a prudent growth path. 

In 2016 the Mueller family and Paul W. Eusterbrock and his family joined forces to form ArnsbergerLicht, Inc., doing business as Arnsberg, to honour the long lighting tradition that the new enterprise is the result of. Paul W. Eusterbrock, a native of Germany has more than 30 years of lighting experience in the US. He is a former Chair of the American Lighting Association and has spent a significant amount of time working with the University of Colorado at Boulder to research the issue of Lighting for the Aging Eye. Both, the quality of light and the quality of the lighting fixture are important to him. Also, a significant number of patents in the lighting industry were awarded to him. 

The mission of the new company is to bring you the best lighting available at an affordable price. Also, our goal is to continually raise the design and technical quality standards, resulting in the best value proposition for you, our customer. The continual development of new technologies and new lighting solutions is part of the Arnsberg DNA and also our goal. Arnsberg as a company will continue to develop and distribute Trio products, but also other Zeitlos products as time goes on. 

 

 Boca do Lobo

Boca do Lobo was founded in 2005 and, early-on, it committed to reinterpret ancient techniques of fine craftsmanship to create unexpected pieces of contemporary design. 

Each creation carries the legacy of centuries of craftsmanship. In the workshops, talented artisans challenge and combine traditional manufacturing techniques with the latest technological methods to shape the finest materials into remarkable furniture, upholstery and lighting pieces, which gives rise to timeless cosmopolitan environments. The collections are inspired and accurately handcrafted in Portugal with attention to detail, passion for beauty and the pure dedication of skilled craftsmen and craftswoman. 

Since the pioneering SOHO collection, presented in London, one of the world's leading design capitals, Boca do Lobo has flourished, unveiling ground-breaking furniture pieces, highlighted for their irreverent design, clash of materials and technique, which has been at the core of the brand's design mission. 

With more than 200 international exhibitions, its masterpieces can be seen across the globe in exquisite residential projects to leading hotels and contract projects. Renowned luxury department stores such as Printemps in Paris and Harrods in London already selected Boca do Lobo to decorate luxury corners for brands such as Fendi and Prada. Giants of hospitality like Fairmont Hotel chain in US, The New York Palace Hotel, Asturias Hotel in Madrid or the opulent Al Jasra Boutique Hotel in Qatar, already conceived five-star interiors through the brand’s collections. Opulent casinos in Europe, or even luxury villas in Oporto, are already home to the distinctive aesthetic that marries traditional craft with a new playful sophistication.

The first piece of Boca do Lobo was drawn 15 years ago, yet its story started being shaped centuries ago. Around the world, the beauty and wisdom of craftsmanship have survived throughout the times and generations, allowing the creation of soulful design pieces nowadays.

Cabinet-makers, jewelers, soldiers, gilding painters, lacquer painters, master artisans and apprentices, work together in Boca do Lobo workshops to delivery exceptional products where no element or detail is overlooked and the human factor is treasured.

Our reputation started with decorative cast brass and traditional lighting. Today our line has grown to offer a wider range of lighting including Wall Sconces, Pendants, Mini Pendants, Flush Mounts, Semi-flush Mounts, Swing Arms, Bathroom Lighting, Bell Jars, and Lanterns. We offer classic, transitional, and modern styles and finishes that are on trend in design, while still offering the class and quality that is synonymous with our name in the industry.

 Carro USA

Our company started with a humble ceiling fan. Foshan Carro Electrical Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 and is located in the manufacturing capital of the world, Foshan City. In 2019 we introduced the Smart Fan, a ceiling fan that could be controlled through an app on your phone or a smart device like Alexa or Google Home, to name a few. Carro USA inc. was established as a subsidiary to sell as a separate brand based in Ontario, California. It since has become an award-winning smart technology-oriented company that offers a variety of innovative products necessary for experiencing a Smart Home. 

A Smart Home is a home that relies on the automation of appliances or devices with electricity and Wi-Fi. Home Automation has become a familiar concept among American households as more and more appliances and devices are manufactured to cater to busy, everyday life. Carro USA is a technology-oriented company that produces automated ceiling fans that can be controlled through remote or over Wi-Fi using smart devices or the Carro Home app. We also make a Smart Switch adapter with a bonus ability to convert normal ceiling fans into smart fans. Carro has other lighting options as well available along with the ability to customize products to fit the aesthetics of any home.   

Our goal is to help people feel smart about their purchases and so we value the economic advantage that our smart fans have over traditional ceiling fans that use much more electricity than anticipated. Cyan Design has been an industry leader in home décor for over a decade. Cyan is known for its vast stock and innovative design in accessories, lighting, and furniture. Currently, Cyan houses over 3,000 SKUs and maintains high stock levels within our 700,000 square foot warehouses located in Fort Worth, Texas.
